Whare Āhei

Whare Āhei is an opportunity to support whānau Māori to receive a rental grant with Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga for a maximum five year term paying only 80% of market rental rates. Whānau will reapply for the grant annually for the 12 month fixed-term Residential Tenancy Agreement to be renewed annually.
