Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga
Today, we celebrate three years of Taki o Autahi. Our partnership, which includes Te Hau Ora O Ngāpuhi, Te Arawa Lakes Trust, Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga, and Whakarongorau Aotearoa New Zealand Telehealth Services, was formed to fill the gaps left by mainstream services.
Our strength comes from our ability to respond to the needs of our people. We know our whānau well and understand the system, which helps us navigate challenges and connect whānau with the right support when they need it.
We’re proud of the difference we’ve made over the past three years and are committed to continuing to improve and innovate. Thank you to our partners, supporters, and especially to the whānau who trust us with their support.
