An iwi based call centre in Hastings is pumping out the calls to whanau all over the motu to help them manage Covid. Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga is an iwi organisation, providing social and health services to people from Mahia to Rimutaka along the North Island's east coast. They've had a contract with Whakarongorau Aotearoa - who manage Healthline - since last year. Our Hawke's Bay reporter Tom Kitchin spoke to Cheryl Heremia about their work.
